Council of the Isles Of Scilly
The Council of the Isles of Scilly is responsible for service provision on the islands and a key objective is the promotion and protection of the economic and social interests of the island community.
It is our hope that delivery of the project will provide an efficient sea transport link, offering improved passenger and freight handling facilities. This will safeguard existing jobs and act as a catalyst for further developments in tourism and other economic opportunities both on the islands and in Penzance.
The Council of the Isles of Scilly is the chairing member of the Route Partnership and as such is fully committed to the Isle of Scilly Link Project.
The Council of the Isles Scilly will continue to work with the other key partners within the Route Partnership to ensure that the project is delivered and provides opportunities for island residents well into the 21st century.
